What happens if it rains?

 

We know!  This is the most important question to ask if you're planning an outdoor wedding.  While we totally wish that we could guarantee picture perfect weather for your day, we just aren't that powerful!  However, here are some things to think about:

  • The event barn is so charming that some folks choose to get married right inside, even when the sun is shining.  It's a gorgeous backdrop for a wedding ceremony.  Lots of twinkly lights, glowing lanterns, and the sound of rain on an old metal roof.  Trust us, you and your guests will be charmed!

  • It's rare for it to rain ALL day long.  Often there is a break in the rain that times itself perfectly with the ceremony.  We will help you to the best of our ability.  

  • Our barn is water-tight.  You will not be standing in puddles, or getting rained on inside! 

 

 

Can I really bring my own caterer, alcohol, DJ, etc.?

Yes.  You really, really can!  Bringing your own alcohol may require a few extra steps, but we are happy to explain the process so you can rest assured that liquor liability is taken care of.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

Nope!  We put our pricing on our website so you know before you come and visit, what to expect.  We do not charge additional fees for anything else.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

We want you to have the flexibility and freedom to use whichever vendors you most want!  However, do keep a list of vendors that have we have loved and who always do an amazing job at the ranch.

Can I come out to the Ranch before my wedding to measure, view, or look again?

We welcome our brides and their families as often as necessary!  We want your day to be great and we know that means you want to have plenty of time to plan.

How many tables and chairs do you have?

We have chairs for 120 people at our ceremony site.  We have tables and chairs for 120 in our event barn.  We have round tables as well as rectangular tables, and you can decide which you prefer.  All our tables and chairs are white.    We do have some additional rectangular tables for buffet set-up.

What if I have more than 120 people?

Our facility (parking, restrooms, dance floor, etc) can accomodate up to 250 guests.  The event barn itself is able to handle 120 people.  If you have more than that, you can rent an event tent, which will be added to the end of the barn. Additional tables and chairs can be rented from the tent rental company as well.

 

 

Do you have table linens?

No we do not.  Those choices will be left up to you!

Where will I get ready? 

We have a gorgeous bridal apartment available for your use the day of your event.  This apartment is the perfect place to hang out with your bridal party, listen to music, have some food together, get hair and makeup done, and simply relax. It's also a great place to come back to between your ceremony and your reception so you can freshen up.

Can I bring my dog? 

Let's talk!  Sometimes we can accommodate this request and sometimes we can't.  Let us know what you're thinking and we'll try our best to accommodate your needs.

Can you hold the date for me?

We know that the decision about where to host your wedding is a huge one.  We also know you have lots of options. We do not engage in any heavy sales tactics here!  We want you to take the time you need to make the right decision.  Unfortunately, we simply can't hold dates for everyone.  We will definitely keep you in mind, and try to let you know if someone else is looking at the same date as you, but until we have a signed contract, dates are first come first served.
