Information For Your Vendors
Because we are a working farm, many vendors need a bit of information prior to working here. We welcome any vendor to visit us before your event! Following is information to give each vendor. You can download the information at the bottom of this page.

For Cake Vendors:

The following is important information for you to share with the bakery.
-
The event barn is NOT air-conditioned. We advise that the cake is delivered as close to reception time as possible. There is a ONE refrigerator in the catering shed. It can accommodate a wedding cake that is 15X15. However, this will make the fridge unavailable for the caterer so please check with your couple first!
-
The reception barn is located off a gravel road. Please know that the road is a bit bumpy and cakes should be secured carefully for delivery.
-
The venue owners will not take responsibility for the care nor transport of a cake. We suggest bringing someone with you if you are worried that you will not be able to get the cake into the reception barn or the refrigerator, or if you need help carrying the cake.
-
You will not be granted access to the property prior to 1:00 PM on the day of the event.
-
If you have questions or concerns, please call the property owner at (513) 410-4337.

For Caterers

The following is important information for you to share with your caterer. We are always happy to meet with caterers onsite prior to your event. Here are a few guidelines:
-
The staging area for catering is not air conditioned, but we do provide fans. It includes work surfaces and a refrigerator.
-
Caterer’s should bring a supply of large trash bags.
-
Caterers are expected to leave the space as they find it:
-
Fridge must be wiped out
-
Work surfaces must be wiped down
-
Floor must be swept
-
All trash must be removed.
If your caterer does not comply with these guidelines, it will be your responsibility to do so the following day.
-
Caterers must not drive anywhere on the grass, other than directly behind the catering shed. They may NOT enter any fenced off areas on the property to load or unload.
-
There is a dumpster near the house which the catering staff may use to drop trash.
-
Catering will not be given access to the property prior to 1:00 PM. Please do not arrive early.
Please provide caterers with the following cell phone number:
(513) 410-4337

For DJ/Band

-
Our facility has no WiFi and data service on phones is limited. Please make sure you do not need internet or a phone hotspot in order to play your music.
-
If you are setting up sound equipment for both the ceremony and the reception, please note that the ceremony site is in a different location from the reception and is inaccessible by car. If you have heavy equipment, we can sometimes drive it down in our ATV, but we cannot guarantee this based on ground conditions.
-
Speakers must be set up to face away from our neighbors - we will give you directions for this when you arrive.
-
We have limited electricity in the reception barn. We are not able to accommodate large amps, or bands that require large amounts of electricity. If you have an abnormal set-up please contact us prior to your event so that we can ensure we will have the correct number of circuits open.
-
All music must be stopped promptly at 10:30 PM.
-
You are free to arrive anytime after 1:00 pm on the day of the wedding, and must be off the property by 11:30pm that evening. You will not be granted access to the property prior to 1:00 PM.
-
If you have questions or concerns, please call the property owner at (513) 410-4337.

For Buses/Food Trucks

-
We welcome buses and food trucks to the ranch! There are a few important logistics to cover with your provide prior to hiring them for your event:
-
Our driveway gate is 10 feet wide. Trucks/Buses wider than this will not fit down the driveway.
-
There is adequate space for buses to turn around in either driveway.
-
Buses may not idle their buses for more than 15 minutes while on the property.
-
Buses may not idle their buses in neighboring streets as this is a noise ordinance violation.
-
Food Trucks will require a generator in order to run their set-up. If they require electricity, they must contact us first so we can determine that the electricity needed will not interfere with electrical needs for the rest of your event.
-
Food trucks may only park on grass behind the wedding barn if grass is dry and there is no mud. If they cannot park on grass, they can park on the driveway behind the barn.
-
Food trucks are not permitted in the fenced area of the reception venue.
